Shipping Policy 

 

  1. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, we ship to US addresses only. 

  2. All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. The normal processing/shipping time is 7-10 business days. 

  3. Orders are shipped via USPS.

  4. We are not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. Please track your order.

  5. Pre-sales will be processed within 21-30 business days. Please plan accordingly. 

  6. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.

  7. Please be mindful that certain products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive on different days and in different packaging. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

 

We want you to wear your apparel proudly! 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY.

There are no refunds. 

Hats, books, and journals are FINAL SALE.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals are FINAL SALE.

Coffee  Mugs, Water bottles, and all jewelry are FINALE SALE.

To exchange, customers must contact our support team at ldbarnesllc@gmail.com for return instructions. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.

Items must be in unused condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting.)

Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.

  1. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply. 

  2. If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.

  3. Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 5-10 days for processing. 

  4. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?


Our shipping policy is a standard 3-5 business days for processing and shipment. However, most of our customers receive their items before this time frame. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.




I placed the wrong order, what do I?


You can exchange your items within 7 days after your order is received. Please email ldbarnesllc@gmail.com to initiate an exchange request. Items must be unworn and in its original state. Shipping fees must be paid for the reshipment of your new item. We have the right to refuse any items that we feel are unsaleble.




How can I cancel my order?


Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled.




What payment methods do you accept?


We accept debit/credit card, Paypal, and cash in person at vendor events.




Something is missing from my order, how can this be fixed?


Our products are shipped from different fulfillment sites. If your order contained a t-shirt and a mug they may arrive on different days. If you need additional assistance please contact us at ldbarnesllc@gmail.com




My order states delivered but I don't see it, what should I do?


Our orders are shipped vis USPS we are not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Also, please try to track your shipment to see what has casued the delay.
