All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. The normal processing/shipping time is 7 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS.
We are not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. Please track your order.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
Please be mindful that certain products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive on different days and in different packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY.
There are no refunds.
Hats and journals are FINAL SALE.
Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals are FINAL SALE.
Coffee Mugs, Water bottles, and all jewelry are FINALE SALE.
To exchange, customers must contact our support team at for return instructions. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.
Items must be in unused condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting.)
Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges (outgoing & incoming). If an exchange is granted by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply.
If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost.
Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 5-10 days for processing.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
